Due to a recent prompting by my managing director here at Sperry Van Ness I was motivated to join the FREG group and have noticed some very familiar faces. I am looking forward to interacting with them to target commercial real estate opportunities for my client base. Additionally, I have many years of commercial REO asset marketing and disposition experience which may be of value to some of the membership. I have worked with one organization to market and sell over $250 million of under-performing and non-performing commercial real estate throughout the State of Florida. Additionally, my commercial real estate lending experience enables me to analyze and focus on specific income properties that may turn into value-added opportunities for investors and clients and help out lenders holding troubled real estate assets in their portfolios.
