Nancy Surak's Page

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Nancy Surak grew up always playing in the dirt. After earning her real estate sales license in May 2005, she joined forces with the #1 Land Broker in Tampa Bay, Bill Eshenbaugh, “The Dirt Dog” to pursue her passion of not only playing in the dirt, but also selling it.

She has over 9 years of experience on the consultant-side of development and construction of commercial real estate projects that prepared her for immediate success in the land brokerage world. In addition, Nancy has 7 years of experience in marketing and advertising management in the Internet, print publishing and telecommunication fields.

Her formal education includes a Master's Degree in Communication from the University of Florida and an undergraduate business degree from Louisiana State University in International Trade & Finance.

In March 2007 she earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the National Realtors Land Institute (RLI). She currently is a board member on the Pasco Economic Development Council and Leadership Tampa Bay.

She lives in Land O'Lakes, FL with her husband Brian Surak, P.E. and their 2 children, Luke (8) and Emily (7).
