Mr. Herr has over 20 years of real estate appraisal experience, most of which is in the Tampa Bay area. He was previously a partner in a successful appraisal company in St. Petersburg, Florida in the early 1990s; worked for a national real estate company where he traveled the eastern U.S. appraising commercial properties for institutional clients in the mid 1990s; managed the commercial division for a region office of a national appraisal company in the late 1990s and started his own appraisal business in the early 2000s. Mr. Herr is on most of the approved appraiser lists for many of the local, regional, and national banks and his work is widely accepted by most clients who are outside the region. His experience is very broad based. Some of the more unique properties include citrus processing facilities, self storage facilities, cell towers, golf course and country clubs, and hotels.
