Licensed since 1983, Bill Eshenbaugh has been active in brokerage and land development in the Tampa Bay area for over two decades. He's been active as a Director or Officer in most of the major real estate organizations as well and has been a dedicated senior instructor for the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). Recent honors include induction into RLI's Education Hall of Fame and 2003 Land Realtor of America.
Bill makes his home in Clearwater, Florida and is married to Lynda Keever, native Floridian (5th generation) who is Publisher of Florida Trend Magazine and was honored as Governor Bush's choice for Florida's Women's Hall of Fame.

The Florida RLI Chapter (Land Realtors) is offering two courses later in March that every land broker and associate should take. The first is "Introduction to Land Brokerage-Land 101" and is a fundamental 2 day overivew of the business. This one is taught by Don Lombardi, ALC. Don is the current RLI Land Realtor of Florida and past RLI Florida Chapter President.
The second course is "Tax Implications of Real Estate" taugh by Chris Bird, former IRS agent. This will teach you haow to save your own $$ in taxation as well.
The courses are March 25-26 for 101 and 27-28th for Tax and they will be held at the Greater Tampa Assoc. of Realtors @ 2918 West Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Fl For more information on both, email RLI@GTAR.net.
