Why Internet Marketing Matters by Miguel de Arcos
By Miguel de Arcos - Commercial Real Estate Brokers who don’t embrace digital marketing simply cannot effectively serve their clients in today’s market. While there are certainly many factors that must come together to successfully culminate a transaction, there is no denying the value of visibility and exposure when selling or leasing commercial real estate. I’m always amazed at the number of brokers who have yet to embrace the internet a… Continue

No more comments about my picture. I will add the one with no hair and no teeth if it make you happy. Lets make some money together. I have investors looking for small net leased commercial deals that will close quickly.

Tips for using FREJLink effectively

First, the box on your profile page titled “Your FREJLink - Florida Commercial Real Estate Professionals Box” is the heart and soul of your FREJLink identity. It’s the best way to tell people about what you’re doing in the commercial real estate industry. After you sign in, click "edit" to add text, videos, photos or any other information.

Second, it's very easy to display your title/position and company name under your name and photo on the Members page. After you log in, click on the My Settings link to the top right of your profile page. In the “City” field, don't enter your city. Instead, type your title and company name, separated by a comma.

Finally, if you are having trouble getting your profile photo to display correctly, make sure that you do the following:

- Save the image in JPEG format
- Make sure the size of the image is 206 x 206 pixels
