FREJLink

New User Guide

Getting Started

Welcome to FREJLink, a social networking site from Florida Real Estate Journal that allows Florida commercial real estate professionals to promote themselves and to network in an environment not limited by time, location or price.

Start by signing up and creating your own page. From there, you can use your space for whatever you want. Customize your page. Post your experience and qualifications. List your recent transactions. Start a discussion. Contribute to discussions.  Start your own blog. Look for friends and coworkers. Join relevant groups.

The options are nearly limitless.

After you create your page, you will be “FREJLinked” into FREJ’s Web content. Anywhere your name appears in a story or news brief online, it will automatically link the reader back to your professional page - providing instant feedback about you, your deals and your company.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Tips for Using FREJLink Effectively

  • The box on your profile page titled “Your FREJLink - Florida Commercial Real Estate Professionals Box” is the heart and soul of your FREJLink identity. It’s the best way to tell people about what you’re doing in the commercial real estate industry. After you sign in, click "edit" to add text, videos, photos or any other information.
  • It's very easy to display your title/position and company name under your name and photo on the Members page. After you log in, click on the My Settings link to the top right of your profile page. In the “City” field, don't enter your city. Instead, type your title and company name, separated by a comma.

Sizing Your Profile Photo Correctly

If you are having trouble getting your profile photo to display correctly, make sure that you do the following:

  • Save the image in JPEG format
  • Make sure the size of the image is 206 x 206 pixels
